Important policies to note (please read)
- Smoking: No smoking is strictly prohibited inside any building or accommodation at Flusco Wood. Failure to comply with this may result in you being asked to leave the park.

- EV Charging: There are no facilities on site to charge electric vehicles and charging from lodge sockets is not permitted. The nearest EV charging is at Rheged and Penrith.

- Drones: Please respect the privacy of other owners and guests on site and refrain from flying drones at Flusco Wood.

FAQ’s
- Hot tub lid: unclip the front and fold half of the lid back (over the bar). Use the bar to lift the whole lid off. Reverse this to get the lid back on. Please note that some of the Riverwood hot tub lids have a little lever that need pulled back as you lift the whole lid off. Savannah hot tub lid is in two halves that lift back independently.

- Groceries: The local town of Penrith (4 miles) has an abundance of supermarkets and other shops

- Pets: as per your booking T&C’s pets are not to be left unattended at any time in the lodges.

- Gowbarrow cutlery: Cutlery is in the smaller internal draw within the large draw two to the left of the sink

- Ovens: Our ovens and hobs are mostly gas, you may need to push the knob in and turn until it clicks and flames appear.

- Visitors: You may have day visitors pop in to see you during your stay, but they must not stay overnight.

- Early checkout: If you need to checkout early and Reception is closed, please pop your key through the Reception letterbox.

- The Grounds: Everyone is welcome to explore the grounds at Flusco Wood – we just ask that you use the paths to access the open areas rather than cutting between lodges – thank you!
